The First Step on Your Better Hearing Journey Is a Hearing Assessment

The struggle to sort nearby conversations from a noisy background or making sense of distorted speech leads to a great deal of fatigue and causes many people with a hearing loss to isolate from family, friends, and social events. Many also struggle with tinnitus, an irritating ringing or buzzing sound inside your head that produces increased stress, anxiety, sleep loss, and a variety of adverse health conditions.
The hearing assessment conducted by one of our professional audiologists allows us to pinpoint the cause and severity of your condition, serving as the first step in designing a treatment plan that addresses your unique needs. If you or a loved one is experiencing tinnitus or a hearing loss, the first step on your journey to better hearing is a hearing assessment in your Roswell home.

Advanced Hearing Aid Technology Available in Roswell, GA

Many people avoid hearing aids because of the outdated stigma attached to them. A few decades ago, hearing aids were bulky, ugly, and frustrating contraptions, but just as micro-digital technology transformed those bulky cellphones of the 1990s into today’s smartphones, it has also transformed hearing aids.

Rechargeable batteries, small, lightweight, and discrete are common features of modern hearing aids. In addition, they are incredibly powerful with noise reduction and enhanced clarity, and you now have the capacity to link your hearing aids to digital devices, such as your smartphone, television, or PC, for an improved hearing experience.

About Roswell, GA

Roswell is a city in northern Fulton County, Georgia, United States. At the official 2010 census, the city had a population of 88,346. The 2019 estimated population was 94,763, making Roswell the state's ninth largest city. A close suburb of Atlanta, Roswell has an affluent historic district. == History == In 1830, while on a trip to northern Georgia, Roswell King passed through the area of what is now Roswell and observed the great potential for building a cotton mill along Vickery Creek. Since the land nearby was also good for plantations, he planned to put cotton processing near cotton production. Toward the middle of the 1830s, King returned to build a mill that would soon become the largest in north Georgia – Roswell Mill. He brought with him 36 African slaves from his own coastal plantation, plus another 42 skilled carpenter slaves bought in Savannah to build the mills. The slaves built the mills, infrastructure, houses, mill worker apartments, and supporting buildings for the new town. The Africans brought their unique Geechee culture, language, and religious traditions from the coast to north Georgia.
