Nobody wants to needlessly travel to busy doctors’ offices during these times, that’s why many people choose the convenience and safety of working with the experts at Audiology on Call.

By having an expert travel to your home, you can have the peace of mind that you’re minimizing the risk of spreading COVID-19 and that all necessary safety protocols are being followed in a controlled environment.

Through our 5-step safety protocols, we ensure that we can keep you and your loved ones safe.

The five steps include:

#1 – All providers have been vaccinated

You’ll have the peace of mind that the provider visiting you has been vaccinated, yet continues to take all preventative measures to keep you and your loved ones safe.

#2 – Following the latest safety steps outlined by the CDC

Our team meticulously follow the latest CDC guidelines.

At the very least, your provider will be wearing a face mask, will have sanitized their hands and equipment and will have personally checked their own temperature/health prior to visiting you.

However, some of our team have chosen to take extra steps including wearing shoe covers, gloves and face shields.

# 3-  Patient Health Check Prior to Arrival

All patients must complete a COVID questionnaire prior to their appointment.

We simply must insist that you reschedule your appointment if you are suffering from a fever running at 100.4 or above, a cough, runny nose, or shortness of breath.

Similarly, if you have been in contact with anybody that has had symptoms, we ask that you kindly reschedule at least 7 days into the future.

#4 –  All Equipment Thoroughly Cleaned Between Appointments

Although we have always disinfected equipment between appointments, we’re now taking further steps to clean all equipment from headphones through to our laptop computers.

This ensures that everything being brought into your home has been comprehensively disinfected.

#5 – Virtual Appointments

We understand that because of the current times, many people are looking at ways to minimizing any unnecessary risks; that’s why we’re happy to offer Virtual Appointments.

Thanks to our exclusive service, you can receive the same Audiology on Call quality of care and attention, but without having one of our providers visit you.

Using easily accessible technology (smartphone, tablet, home computer, etc.) and our easy to follow instructions, you can video connect with one of our expert staff.
